Kelly Roden Galligan, age 38 of Albertville passed away Thursday, June 16, 2022 at Marshall Medical Center South due to complications of Diabetes (Cardiac Arrest).
Kelly now joins her loved ones that have went on before her; grandparents: James “Dixie” and Mary Simmons and Dan Brown, aunt; Lora Maples, several other aunts, uncles and friends.
Kelly loved her nieces and nephews dearly. She liked going to Thrift Stores and Yard Sales with her “Ride or Die” friends Leslie and Michelle. Kelly was always excited about the little treasures she found at those places for her collections. Kelly will truly be missed.
She is survived by her son: Jackson Galligan, special friend: Jimmy Richards, parents: Martha and Rickey Roden, brother: Rickey Wayne Roden (Kendra Walden), sisters: Zena Bailey (Justin), Lisa R. Argo (Lonnie), Tammy O’Neal (Robert) and Shannon Hopkins, grandmother: Mavis Brown, several nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts and cousins, special nieces: Zoey Bailey and Rhyleigh Walden, special nephews: Brody and Colby Roden, Liam Douglas and Zander Bailey “Zan Man.” She loved all of them.
Her Funeral Service will be 5 p.m. Saturday, June 18, 2022 at Albertville Memorial Chapel with burial to follow at Nixon Chapel Cemetery. Rev. Farrell Blanks will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Robert Simmons, Chris Simmons, Curtis Williams, Justin Bailey, Dewayne Wray, Toby Garrard.
Visitation will be 6 until 8 Friday evening at the funeral home.
