TUSCUMBIA-The Colbert County Sheriff’s Office has issued a BOLO on an escaped inmate who has escaped from the Tuscumbia Jail. This inmate is being held on a murder charge:

5’7″ / 165 to 175 lbs
Large chested female
Bleached white blonde long wavy hair
She could cut her hair or dye it so watch for this face and body description. Lived at 1694 Underwood Mt Rd, Tuscumbia.
There is no information at this time about how she escaped or if she had help.
Lisa Fretwell was arrested by Colbert County Sheriff’s Office this week and charged with murder after a shooting incident that occurred on Underwood Mt Rd in which a male subject died from the injuries.
If anyone knows any information about the escape or the location of Lisa Fretwell dial 911 immediately. Do not approach this female, but do report any possible sighting to 911.”
