FLORENCE-The grand jury in Florence has indicted a Florence man who has been accused of fondling children above their clothing.
James Pruett, 71 has been indicted on three counts of sexual abuse of a child less than 12 years of age. According to the police Pruett is related to his alleged victims.
According to Sgt. Billingsley of the Florence Police Department no further information can be released due to the nature of the crime.
Court records show Pruett has a June 29 court date for his arraignment. Pruett remains in the Lauderdale Dentention Center on a $150,00 bond.
