Billy Gray Burleson, age 85, of Hamilton, Alabama, passed away Wednesday, June 01, 2022, at Northwest Medical Center in Winfield. He was born in Hamilton, Alabama on Wednesday, June 03, 1936, to N.C. Burleson and Tennie Cox Burleson.
A private family graveside service will be Thursday, 11 a.m. June 02, 2022, at Hamilton Memory Gardens.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Burleson; parents, N.C. and Tennie Cox Burleson.
He leaves to cherish his memories his children, Kathy Peoples, Mickey Burleson (wife, Cindi), Michael Burleson (wife, Victoria), Rodney Burleson (wife, Marshia ); grandchildren, Amy Peoples, Nick Peoples, Tabitha Turner (husband, Cliff), Bridget Maxell (husband, Daryll), Ben Burleson (wife, Lyndsee),Anthony Burleson, Sophia Burleson; great-grandchildren, Madison Turner, Sadie Turner, Fayrn Maxell, Kohen Maxell, Lily Burleson; siblings, Sarah Morgan; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
