Stephanie Pearson NettlesStephanie Brooke (Pearson) Nettles went home to be with Jesus on May 26, 2022. Stephanie was born at Barksdale Air Force Base in Bossier City, Louisiana on December 26, 1984.

Stephanie was the beloved daughter of Edward (Eddie) Pearson of Fulton and Wanda (Anderson) Pearson of Hooks, Texas.  She was the proud mother of CJ Nettles and Chandler Nettles of Starkville, Mississippi.  She was the granddaughter of Alva Anderson (Hooks, Texas).  She was the niece of Patricia Moore (Hooks), Jean and John Davis (Achille, Oklahoma), Charles and Cynthia Anderson (Nacogdoches, Texas), and Philip Pearson (Fulton). She was the cousin of Robin Colley (Shane, Anderson, and Victoria), Melanie Birthright (Michael and Lilyan), Kerianna Angle (James, Paul, Layla, and James Wayne.) Stephanie was preceded in death by her grandparents, Betty and Edward Leon Pearson of Fulton, Mississippi, and grandfather, O.O. Anderson of Hooks, Texas.

Stephanie was a graduate of University Christian School in Flowood, Mississippi.  After graduation she attended Mississippi State University where she was a member of ZTA Sorority.

Stephanie was a natural beauty.  She loved being with friends and family, and most of all, she loved being a mother to, and spending time with the loves of her life,  CJ and Chandler.  She was funny, feisty, and outspoken, and would do anything for anyone.  She had a million-dollar smile and her presence lit up any room she entered.

Though we will always miss her presence here on this earth, and none of the lives she touched will ever be the same without her, we know without a doubt that the moment she left us, she was safe in the arms of Jesus; she loved Him with her whole heart.  Through Christ, she has found healing and peace, and we know that because of Him, we will find our peace as well.

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 29, 2022, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Fulton. Burial will be in Itawamba Memorial Gardens.

There will not be a visitation.
