Sandra Kay Novem Foote, 58, of Moulton, Alabama passed away Sunday, May 22, 2022 at Lawrence Medical Center, Moulton, AL. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday, May 28, 2022 at Lawrence Funeral Home, Moulton. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 PM at the funeral home with Rev. Matt Reed officiating. A graveside service will be at Wade Cemetery in Iron City, TN at 3:00 PM on Saturday.
Born on June 2, 1963 to James Arlin and Pearley Novem, Sandra enjoyed listening to Elvis Presley, spending time with her family and her animals. Known as “The Boss”, she loved traveling to the hills of Tennessee for her Pete’s Country Meat fix, visiting Davy Crockett State Park, and camping out with her air conditioner. Sandra was very nostalgic, and will be remembered for her kindness and love for everyone. She had a great sense of humor and will be missed by all who knew her.
Survivors include her spouse John of 34 years; children, Julia Hale (Ty), Casey Novem; sister, Bonnie; brothers, Karl and Clifford; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Sandra is preceded in death by her parents, James Arlin and Pearley Novem; grandparents, Bessie and Jonas Novem and Tracie and Clifford Ghrigsby; and sister-in-law, Shirley.
Pallbearers will be friends and family.
A memorial fund for Sandra has been established at Wolverine Credit Union, Account # 23125.
