Nalda Jo (Baugh) Davis went to be with the Lord Monday, May 16th after having a two week hospital stay due to liver complications. She spent most of her life on Georgia Mountain in Guntersville.
She was the wife of the late Burlon (Sonny) Davis whom she wed on September 10, 1958. The couple was blessed with two sons, Ronald Hugh Davis (deceased) and Randy Jo Davis and wife Deborah Davis. Blessings continued with their two grandsons, Adam Joe Davis, Robert (Robbie) Burlon Davis and four loving step-grandchildren Adrew, Amber, Kami and Brandon. Great-grandchildren include Ayami , Riko, Moxley, Langston, Leighton, Kaiser, Judah and many step-great-grandchildren who loved to visit with her.
Nalda was the daughter of the late Edward and Cassie (Cooley) Baugh, the sister to the late Audrey (Baugh) Brown, Opal Demress (Baugh) Maze, Maynard Baugh, Jimmie (Baugh) Walker, Clara (Baugh) Spann. She is survived by nieces and nephews, Ronnie Baugh, David Maze, Larry Brown, Bobby Brown, Anglea (Brown) Rowe, Katherine (Baugh) Harvey, Benji Spann, Joy (Baugh) DuBose and Kelly Spann.
Words to describe Nalda are beautiful, gracious, kind, loving and generous. Nalda loved the Lord and devoted all of her life to her family. Friends and every animal that needed to be loved. Fond memories will be shared by many!
