Mrs. Muffin Lisa Dawn Berry Mrs. Muffin Lisa Dawn Berry (45) of the New Canaan Community of Arab, Alabama passed away at Huntsville Hospital on Wednesday, April 27, 2022.
Mrs. Berry was born January 27, 1977 to Ivy Arlet and Bertha Howard Blanset in Jefferson County, Alabama. She was married to Bobby “Jason” Berry for 10 years. She was employed by Community Action as a teacher at Parkside School in Baileyton, Alabama. Mrs. Berry enjoyed spending time with her family and her pet dog, Cooper. She loved traveling and camping. She enjoyed exploring Gatlinburg and the Smokey Mountains but at the same time loved her time at the beach.
Mrs. Berry is survived by her husband, Jason Berry; her sons, Hunter Berry (Raven Harris) and Gatlin Byrams; daughters, Tiffany Berry and Gracie Byrams; sister, Tamala Blumenfeld; nephews, Nathan Hallman, John Davis, Barry Davis; nieces, Erica Bennefield, Christy Bradley, Breanna Hernandez, Melody Berry; brother and sister in law, Benson and Yolanda Berry and 12 great nieces and nephews.
Preceding Mrs. Berry in death were her parents, Ivy and Bertha Blanset, and sister Serena Blanset.
Visitation will be Monday, May 2, 2022 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel. Services will follow the visitation at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be at the Ellenburg Cemetery at Joppa in Morgan County.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations to Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel to help with funeral expenses.
