Connie Willson, age 72, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 13, 2022, in her home surrounded by family in Spring Hill, Tennessee.
She was born on May 30, 1949, to the late Albert Dickel and Kathleen Snyder Dickel in Vallejo, California. Growing up, Connie loved horses and competed in local horse shows. After graduating from Collins High School in 1967, she attended Beauty College and began her lifelong career as a beautician. She opened her first shop in Collins, Iowa, and later moved to Southern California. She additionally sold Jafra Cosmetics and built a successful part-time business. Connie loved to laugh and share stories about her life and clientele.
Those left to cherish her memory will be her children: Chad (Rae) Willson, Jeff (Katja) Willson, and Amanda (Jeff) Barnard; grandchildren: Tallon Barnard, Christa Cornett, Coral Greene, Hunter Willson, and Andrew Willson; great-grandchild: Zahra Greene; siblings: Gary Dickel and Sandy (John) Bassett; and brother-in-law: Rick Valline.
In addition to her parents, Connie is preceded in death by her sister, Janet Valline; sister-in-law: Pam Dickel, and her sweet beloved furry sidekick: Mop.
