The second Women’s Symposium will be from 7:30 a.m. until noon on Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013, at the Marriott Shoals Conference Center in Florence. The event is free.

An exciting line-up is scheduled and will include interactive lectures from Drs. Denis Raleigh, Constantine Athanasuleas and Meredith Pickett. At the heart of each presentation is women’s health, from what to expect after open heart surgery to finding the right family practitioner to meet your needs.

“We couldn’t have put together a better group of physicians to speak about women’s health,” said Michele Scott, staffphysician resources for ECM. “Drs. Raleigh and Athanasuleas bring a wealth of experience to the event, and Dr. Pickett, who will officially begin her tenure at Shoals this summer, has a great deal of knowledge to share with those who attend.”
