Jerry Johnson, age 45 of Boaz passed away Thursday, February 10, 2022 at his residence.
He is survived by his mother; Diane Mashburn, step-father; Randy Clanton, brother; Zack Mashburn, step-brothers; Dustin, Randall and Scotty Clanton and nephew; Sabastian Buchanan.
He is preceded in death by his father; William Ralph Johnson and sister; Jennifer Johnson.
His family has chosen cremation; a memorial service will be planned at a later date.
