Fae E (English) Wells
November 11, 1934 ~ December 6, 2021 (age 87)
One of nine children, Fae grew up in Conecuh County, AL. Her sister, Lyndall, introduced Fae to Ernest when they both worked in Mobile. They married in her family home and soon moved to Huntsville. She worked at NASA, raised a family and returned to work at Merrill Lynch before retiring. A longtime member of the Church of the Nativity, Fae volunteered at the church office, served with Pilot Club, and supported Huntsville Swimming.
Fae was a loving and dedicated wife, Mother, and grandmother. She cared deeply for her family and friends, while maintaining a focus on faith, love, and hope in all circumstances.
Her beloved husband, Ernest, preceded her in death, along with her parents, J.B. and Emma and siblings, Truman, Lyndall, Jackie and Bryce.
Fae is survived by Ernie, Suzie, William, Brian and grandson, Samuel, along with siblings Tom, Olivia, Mavis, and Myrle.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a future date.
