Funeral service for Amelia Ann Linderman Russell, age 52, of Danville, will be Friday, February 8, 2013, 11:00 a.m. at Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ron Manly and Rev. Tom Campbell officiating.  The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 7, 2013, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.    Interment will be in Johnson Chapel Cemetery.
Ms. Russell, who died Monday, February 4, 2013, at her residence, was born April 20, 1960, in Morgan County, to Cecil Linderman and Amelia Landers Linderman.  She was a member of Walden Chapel Baptist Church and medically retired from G.E.  Her mother preceded her in death.
She is survived by two daughters, Mandy Russell and Whitney McBride, both of Danville; her father, Cecil A. Linderman of Danville; three brothers, Tim Linderman (Mary) of Clanton, Stanley Linderman (Joann) of Danville, and Phillip Linderman (Debra) of Danville; one sister, Alicia L. Russell (Larry) of Danville; two granddaughters, Willoe McBride and Abbigail Grubbs, both of Danville; eight nieces; 10 great-nephews/nieces; and her special friend, Stanley Bibb.
Pallbearers will be Justin Dunn, Jody Wydner, Lynn Smith, Chris Reed, Richard Hardigree, and Brent Lawrimore.
