A Celebration of Life service for Constance Leeth-Vinson will be 12:00 P.M. Saturday, January 22, 2022 at Fairview Baptist Church in Colony, Alabama. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. at the church prior to the service.

 

Constance Lavene Leeth- Vinson was born on March 14, 1959, to the late John Stanford Sr. and Floraline Ellen Byars- Leeth. She was one of nine children. Constance was raised in the church, accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior, and was baptized at a young age. She joined Fairview Missionary Baptist Church, where she remained a member until her death.

 

Constance graduated from Hanceville High School in 1977. Later, she graduated from Strayer University with both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Human Resources. She worked until the fall of 2021 at BBVA Compass Bank.

 

Constance married Wesley Vinson on June 10, 2017. They blended their families, and thus Constance leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Floraline Byars- Leeth, birth children Antwan Leeth-Stevens, Brooke (Steffone) Jenkins, and Jeffrey Leeth; five bonus children Wesley (Ashley McDonald) Vinson Jr, Nettie Vinson, Ebony (Jason) Jones, Pamela Vinson, and Timothy Vinson; bonus grandchildren, Sutton Vinson, Jason Jones, Jr., Elijah Jones, Elliot Golden, Lincoln Brokl, Timothy Vinson, Jr., and Cyrus Vinson.

 

Constance also leaves behind her siblings, Ken (Brenda) Leeth, Lue Frances Green, John Stanford Jr. (Pauline) Leeth, Jerry Leeth, Andre Leeth, and Patrice Smith; special nieces Juanesta Green, Alicestine Ivory, and Tynnetta Jackson; and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, John Stanford Leeth Sr., and her siblings Edward Leeth and Cyrus Leeth.
