Betty Ann McMurtrey Danley, 73, of Killen, AL, passed away December 13, 2021, at North Alabama Medical Center. She was retired from Lauderdale Christian Nursing Home as a CNA/Housekeeper and a member of Atlas Church of Christ and Lone Cedar Church of Christ. Survivors include: Sons: Michael Danley (Amanda) & Jason Danley (Wendy) Daughter: Amy Newton (Bobby) Brother: Phillip McMurtrey (Gail) Grandsons: Noah Danley, Jonah Danley (Olivia Roberson), Spencer Newton, Sean Newton, & Payton Danley Granddaughter: Mattie Grace Danley Sister-in-law: Barbara McMurtrey Many nieces & nephews Preceded in death by: Husband: James Leon Danley Parents: Arthur Spencer McMurtrey & Nadine Harris McMurtrey Brother: Ralph McMurtrey Sisters: Judy McMurtrey & Mattie Bates Visitation with the family will be on Thursday, December 16, 2021, from 10:00am – 12:00pm, at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 12:00pm, in the funeral home chapel, with Bro. Tim Grigsby officiating. Burial will be in Atlas Church of Christ Cemetery.
