Reynolds Funeral Home announces with deepest sympathy the passing of Mother Dilsie Williams, 102 of Decatur, Alabama.  Mother Williams transitioned peacefully  on Friday,  December 3, 2021 at her daughter’s residence.  Arrangements are pending and will be publicized later.
