Charles Boyd Rogers, Sr., age 83, of Leoma, TN passed away Tuesday, October 19, 2021, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. He was a native of Giles County, TN, retired project manager from Fluor Daniel, and of the Church of Christ Faith.
He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Rogers; his mother, Eva Will Boyd Rogers Jackson; and one brother, Thomas David Rogers.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Shelby Clifton Rogers of Leoma, TN; two sons, Charles Boyd Rogers, Jr. of Leoma, TN and Michael Anthony Rogers (Yevette) of Litchfield Park, AZ; two grandchildren, Carolyn Ann Rogers of Litchfield Park, AZ and Paul Curtis Rogers of Fort Collins, CO; and several cousins.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, October 22, 2021, at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Saturday, October 23, 2021, with Jerry Taylor officiating. Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN.
