Donna Parker Hill, 62, of Decatur, passed away on Friday, October 8, 2021. Her visitation will be on Friday, October 15, 2021, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Roselawn Funeral Home. The Celebration of Life will follow at 2:00 PM in the chapel of the funeral home with Bishop Ronnie Powell officiating. She will be laid to rest in Grange Hall Cemetery. Donna is survived by her sons, Larry Parker (Carol), Gary Hill and Timmy Hill (Nikki); daughter, Jessica Hill; grandchildren, Justin, Maranda, Logan, Destiny, Charles, Brent and Josh; 5 great grandchildren; sister, Barbara; three nieces, one great niece and great nephew and numerous cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry; parents, Lorene and Tom Parker; sister, Shelia; brothers, Danny and Johnny and daughter, Veronica. To know Donna was to love her. She would give you the shirt off of her back if you needed it. She never met a stranger, and if she wasn’t mean to you she didn’t like you. There was never a bigger Auburn fan. WAR EAGLE! Pallbearers will be Logan Parker, Rashad Hayes, Johnny Hayes, Rod Mayes, Austin Hayes and Chris Tucker. Honorary Pallbearer will be Steven Cantrell.
