Funeral service for Marlon Archer, 59, will be Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Barry Sempsrott officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Upton’s Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, September 27, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mr. Archer died on Friday, September 24, 2021 at UAB Hospital. He was born March 30, 1962, in Morgan County to Travis Archer and Wanda Franklin Archer. He was a Master woodworker, loved working with his hands and loved his grandchildren dearly. He was employed as a truck driver for Premier Freight, prior to his passing. He was preceded in death by his parents.
