Ms. Carolyn Ann Smith, age 84, of Lacey Springs, passed away Wednesday September 15, 2021 at Hospice Family Care.
Visitation will be Saturday September 18, 2021 6-8pm at Carr Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be Sunday September 19, 2021 2pm at Carr Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Diamond Cemetery. Pallbearers are Johnny, Chamness, Jackie Chamness, Mitchell Kelley, Paul Kelley, Harry Douglas, Matt Anderson.
Ms. Smith was preceded in death by Daughter; Kathryn Elizabeth, Parents; Clarence and Ila Mae Wilburn, Sisters; Patsy, June, Betty Sue, Brothers; Joe and Charles.
Ms. Smith is survived by her Sister; Linda Kelley and a host of nieces and nephews.
