WATERLOO-This POW WOW is held to Commemorate all those who walked the Trail of Tears and Salutes all Military personnel past and present.

This ride explores the Drane-Hood route from Chattanooga, TN to Waterloo, AL where the Indians were placed on flatboats for removal.
Waterloo Landing was named as an official Trail of Tears National Historic Trail by the National Park Service.

This event will honor the Nine Recognized Indian Tribes in Alabama. New and exciting events have been planned to make the 2021 Waterloo event spectacular.

On behalf of the Town of Waterloo, the Alabama-Tennessee Trail of Tears Commemorative Motorcycle Ride, the Nine Recognized Indian tribes in Alabama and the Alabama Indian Affairs Commission, please join the celebration.

Sunday Native American Pow-Wow 10am-until

Vendors will be on site Sunday as well until around 5pm.

We will have authentic Native American vendors selling handmade merchandise as well as live demonstrations from the Natives. Arts & crafts, motorcycle, and food vendors as well.
