Melissa Ann Martin Poole, 67, passed away Thursday, September 9, 2021, at her home. She was born August 21, 1954, in Tupelo to George Thomas and Clyda Nell Moore Martin. She worked in the healthcare industry as an LPN for North Mississippi Medical Center and as a travel nurse. She was an avid Ole Miss fan and an animal lover, especially of cats.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. McNeece-Morris Funeral Home of Fulton assisted the family with arrangements.
She is survived by one son, Jake Poole, of Delta, Colorado; one sister, Debbie Andrews of Mantachie; one brother, Michael Martin of Dorsey; and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Andy Martin.
