William David Thomason, 66, Muscle Shoals, passed away on Monday, September 6, 2021. Visitation will be Saturday, September 11, from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral service will immediately follow in the funeral home chapel with Don McGuyer officiating. Interment will be in Community Cemetery, Tuscumbia.
William was a retired police officer. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his parents, Luther Jack and Mable Bryant Thomason.
William is survived by his wife, Ann Thomason; children, Stacy Evans (Nathan), Amanda Moore (Brandon), and Jason Stephenson; brother, Michael Thomason (Gail); grandchildren, Jessa, Tristen, Brooklyn, Trinity, and Jayden; best friend, Mark Graves; and a host of other family and friends.
Pallbearers will be Nathan Evans, Jason Stephenson, Nick Parsons, Matthew Moss, Josh Day, Tristen Moore, and Calvin Berryman.
