Dr. Charles Reginald Mann, age 85, of Arab, Alabama, passed away on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at Huntsville Hospital.
Dr. Mann was born on October 9, 1935, to the late Silas Preston Mann and Una Jewel Hinkle Mann. Dr. Mann has been a chiropractor in Arab since 1960. He served in the U.S. Army and was a member of the Arab First United Methodist Church.
Dr. Mann leaves behind to celebrate and reminisce his life: wife of 62 years, Katie Mann; sons, Dan Mann, Steve Mann (Tonia), Andy Mann (Kelly), Phillip Mann (April), Tom Mann (Lynn); sister in law, Jean Satterfield Mann; grandchildren, Geoff Mann, Emily Mann, Christine Mann, Courtney Mann, Catherine Mann, Josh Mann (Jade), Jake Mann (Kara), Chris Mann (Madison), Cameron Mann; great grandchildren, Macksen Mann, Mason Mann, Merritt Mann, Kallen Mann.
In addition to his parents, Dr. Mann is preceded in death by his brother, Marvin Mann; sisters, Beatrice Richards, Anna Mae LaRue.
A Visitation will take place on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel with a service to follow at 2:00 pm. Brother Mike Shirley officiating and Tom Mann will give the Eulogy.
Pallbearers escorting Dr. Mann will be: Josh Mann, Geoff Mann, Jake Mann, Chris Mann, Cameron Mann, and Chase Tidmore.
In Lieu of Flowers the family requests that donations be made to either Arab First UMC or New Brashiers Chapel UMC.
