Stanley W. Norton was born June 8, 1935 to the late Henry and Juanita Norton of Town Creek, AL. He was a Christian first and foremost, a lifelong member of First Baptist Church, Town Creek where he served as a deacon for many years.

He graduated from Hazlewood High School and attended the University of Alabama. He retired from Reynolds Metals, Muscle Shoals, AL after 35 years.

He leaves behind the love of his life and wife of 66 years, Lola Faye Norton, and children: Scarlett Smith (Tommy) of Town Creek; Rhonda Hardy (Ken) of Decatur. His pride and joy was his granddaughters, Cady Smith of Memphis, TN and Jaye Hardy of Decatur, AL.

Officiating the service will be Bro. Tommy Smith, with music by Bro. Steve Agee and Jerry Sprinkle.

Pallbearers: Ken Hardy, Steve Hardy, Preston Hatton, Freddie Lansdell, Jerry Sprinkle, Jimmy Stewart

If desired, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Baptist Church, Town Creek in his memory.
