Monday at Barnesville Freewill Baptist Church with Bro. Jeff Fleming officiating and burial at Memorial Gardens.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Oswalt; son, Douglas Oswalt; parents, Cecil and Buna Carter; siblings, Melba Austin Joyce, Jerry Carter.
