Memphis Cummings, 98, of Burnsville, MS passed away on Wednesday, August 25, 2021, at Tishomingo Manor Nursing Home. She enjoyed baking biscuits, collecting porcelain dolls, and spending time with her family. She is survived by her step children, Shannon Terry, Debbie Hudson (Steve), Marlene Bonds, Ricky Cummings (Wanda), and James Ray Cummings; her son in law, Wayne Ward; her step son in law, Donnie Lambert; her grandchildren, Kelly Graham Jones (Stevie) and Kimberly Jones; a special grandson, Cameron Bobo; her great grandchildren, Brittaney Bordenkircher (Chris), Taylor Bordeleau (Connar), Zach Clark, and Zeaf Clark; her great-great grandchildren, Owen Reed and Veyda Reed; and several step grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Clemit Edmondson and Arlie Cummings; her parents, Samuel and Arvie Lee Morris; her daughter, Rose Ward; and her stepchildren, Oma Edmondson, Ona Lambert, Telford Edmondson, Charles Cummings, and Ann Cummings; and her siblings, Maggie Brown, Lou Schrimsher, Zella Mae Lambert, Dee Forsythe, Fonnie Morris, Sean Morris, and Quin Morris. Cutshall Funeral Home in Glen, MS is entrusted with the arrangements. Visitation is scheduled for 2pm until 4pm, Friday, August 27, 2021, at Cutshall Funeral Home in Glen. Services are scheduled for 4pm, Friday, August 27, 2021, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Glen, officiated by Bro. James Rich. Burial will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Zach Clark, Clay Cummings, Monty Joe Bonds, Peyton Cummings, Junior Cummings, and Ricky Cummings.
