Mrs. Rose Marie Snoblen, age 73, wife of Dale Snoblen, and a resident of Culleoka, passed away Saturday, June 12, 2021, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

 

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 16, 2021, at 11:00 AM at Heritage Funeral Home with Rev. Bob Rush officiating. Burial will follow in Maury Memorial Gardens. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 15, 2021, from 4:00 – 8:00 PM and again on Wednesday from 10:00 – 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

 

Born on April 8, 1948, in Detroit, Michigan, Rose was the daughter of the late Gerald Kasner and the late Edna Phelps Kasner. She married Dale Snoblen on May 4, 1968, and together they had three children. She was a faithful member of Mooresville Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School and Bible School, sang in the choir, and lead praise and worship. Rose was a devoted Christian, and it was her desire to ensure her children and grandchildren were followers of Christ.

 

Rose was a massage therapist for thirty years, and her passion in life was healing others. She gave herself to her family and friends and put her entire heart and soul into caring for her clients.

 

Rose enjoyed traveling, especially to the beach where she found peace in the sound of the ocean waves. She was a legacy of faith, love, and family. She was loved by many and will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved her.

 

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Sharon (Kelvin) Shores of Hillsboro, TN, Marc (Rebecca) Snoblen of College Grove, TN, Justin (Brandie) Snoblen of Columbia, TN; brother, Mike Kasner of Maui, HI, sister, Patricia Kasner of Elkhart, IN, and grandchildren, Kailee Shores, Kasen Shores, Charleigh Rose Snoblen, Aubreigh Lee Snoblen, Ava Katherine Snoblen, and Adeline Grace Snoblen.

 

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, John Kasner.

 

Pallbearers will be Mike Bray, Johnny Wood, Don Anderson, Eddie Allred, Henry George, and Keith Hooten. Honorary pallbearers will include Brenda Wood, Lisa Bray, and the Bible School and Sunday School teachers at Mooresville Baptist Church.

 

The family requests memorial donations be made to the Mooresville Baptist Church Building Fund: 1030 Bryant Cemetery Road, Lewisburg, TN 37091.
