Jacqueline Marie (Jackie) Tibbles, 72, of Huntsville, died Thursday, May 6, 2021.

Jackie was well known for her baking and crafting. She had made afghans for her grandchildren and many other children.  If she heard a baby was expected she started crocheting.

She enjoyed praise worship and time spent with her family and friends. She was a member of Morningside Baptist Church in South Huntsville. Jackie spent her leisure time listening to books about cooking, mysteries, and old west stories. She also enjoyed western movies and shows; her favorite show was Bonanza.

Jackie was preceded in death by her grandchildren Stephanie, Aaron, and Alex. She is likely spending all her time loving on those babies now.

Among her survivors are her children Jenni Shea (Chris), Robert Tibbles (Connie), and Rebecca Staples (Michael). Her spouse of 48 years David Tibbles, 12 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at Morningside Baptist Church from 5:30-6:30 on Friday May 7th, 2021. A celebration of life service will begin at 6:30.
