Sarah Kathryn Polk , age 73 of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Thursday, April 29, 2021 at STRHS-Lawrenceburg. She was a native of Pontiac,MI, a homemaker, and of the Baptist faith. Funeral Services will be held at Loretto Memorial Chapel on Saturday, May 1, 2021 at 1:00 PM. Brother Ray Luffman will be officiating the service. Burial will follow in Houser Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 PM to 1:00 PM on Saturday, May 1, 2021 at Loretto Memorial Chapel.
