Funeral service for Frances Ann Harbison, 87, of Cullman will be at 2 p.m., Thursday, April 15th, 2021 at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Robert Lancaster officiating.
The family will receive friends from 12-2 prior to the service.
Cullman Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Harbison passed away April 11, 2021 at her residence. She was born April 12, 1933 to Loys D & Gladys Entrekin Speegle. She was a former president of the Republican Womens’ Federation. She retired from Listerhill Credit Union and was a substitute teacher.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Traveling Saints Bus Fund at St. Andrews United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; an infant son; and, brothers, Bobby Speegle, Thomas Speegle and Horace Speegle.
Survivors include her husband of 67 years, Louie Harbison; son, Brian (JoAnn) Harbison; daughter, Cheryl (William) Chapman; brothers, David (Rita) Speegle, Harold (Betty) Speegle, Douglas (Carol) Speegle; sister, Rosella Akers; grandson, Andrew Chapman; and, a host of family and friends.
