Shirley Faye Vann, age 77, of Hamilton, Alabama, passed away Monday, April 05, 2021 at Northwest Medical Center in Florence Alabama. She was born in Alabama on Tuesday, March 28, 1944 to William Mitchell and Nellie Mae Anglin Mitchell.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, April 07, 2021 at Marion County Funeral Home.
Service will be 2 p.m. Thursday, April 08, 2021 at Marion County Funeral Home with Bro. Todd Clippard and Bro. Jason Taylor officiating and burial at Palmer Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Nellie Mitchell; sister, Nola Nix; Bro. James Mitchell; grandsons, Brandon Bowling and Levi Bowling.
She leaves to cherish her memories her Husband, Lyndon Vann; children, Trennis Bowling (wife, Tena), Karen Galbreath (husband, Ernie), Lila Wates (husband, Bryan), Dennis Bowling (wife, Brandy); step-children, Betty Carter (husband, Norman), Marty Vann, Mark Vann, grandchildren, Jennifer Saraco, Savannah Bowling, Lauren Palmer (husband, Ethan); great-grandchildren, Braedon Bowling, Carson Palmer, Cohen Palmer, Preston Saraco a host of step-grandchildren, step-great- grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
