HUNTSVILLE-The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reports a single-vehicle accident that has taken the life of a Huntsville man. the accident happened on Sunday, March 28:
“A single-vehicle crash at approximately 11:10 p.m. Sunday, March 28, has claimed the life of a Huntsville man.
Brian Dewitt Thomas, 37, was fatally injured when the 2019 Volkswagen Jetta he was driving left the roadway, struck a culvert and overturned. Thomas, who was not using his seat belt, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The crash occurred on Capshaw Road near Bishop Road, approximately one mile west of Huntsville. Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.”
