Mrs. Barbara Davis Hammond, age 81, of Trico Drive, Guntersville, died on Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at her residence.
There will be a private family Celebration of Life at a later date.
Mrs. Hammond was born in Alabama on April 9, 1939 to James Arszro Davis and Dorothy Dollar Davis. She was a retired insurance agent.
Mrs. Hammond is survived by her Children: Dr. Timothy J. & Angela Hammond of Tuscaloosa, Virginia “Ginger” & John Sharp of Guntersville, Grandchildren: Michael Jackson & Olivia Hammond, Colin Robert Hammond, Chelsea Michelle & Rohan Lloyd, Jordan Caleb Armstrong, Dallas Colton Sharp, Great Grandchildren: Ethan Gaines Lloyd, Charley Anne-Marie Lloyd, Ruby Audrey-Marie Lloyd, Russell Danielle Armstrong, Hattie Grace Armstrong and Gaines Jackson Hammond, Special Chosen great-Granddaughter: M’Kinze Grayce Burton, Brother: Jimmy Davis of Boaz and Sister and Brother-in-Law: Pat & Tony Gunter of Boaz and Special Friend and Care-giver: Robbie Mitchell.
Mrs. Hammond was preceded in death by her Husband: Gaines Russell Hammond.
