Mrs. Barbara A. Phagan, age 90, of Owens Cross RoadsĀ passed away on Saturday, March 13, 2021 at Barfield Health Care, Guntersville. Mrs. Phagan is survived by 4 daughters: Wanda Renfroe (Alan) of Owens Cross Roads, Lillian Caldwell of Georgia, Janice McHenry (Chad) of Alabama, and Susan Hayes (Don) of Florida, and 10 grandchildren.
Arrangements will be handled by Emerald Coast Funeral Home in Ft. Walton Beach, Florida. Burial will be in Barrances National Cemetery in Penascola, Florida.
