Ludon Sandlin went to be with our Lord on March 7, 2021 at the age of 86. He was the son of the late Lewis O. and Euna Jones Sandlin. He was a farmer all of his life, and a member, deacon, and Sunday School teacher of Highland Park Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, June Graves Sandlin, one sister, Helen (Bill) Hood of Columbia, two brothers, Franklin (Myra) Sandlin of Leoma, Michael (Linda) Sandlin of Sevierville; In-laws, Kathryn Sandlin, Betty Sandlin, Georgia Sandlin, and Price Williams, all of Lawrenceburg; three children, Dawn Sandlin Brown, David (Meredith) Sandlin, and Christi (Myron)Robbins; seven grandchildren, Lucas Sandlin, Mason (Haley) Robbins, Evan Robbins of Columbia, Stephanie Brown of Englewood, CO, Spencer Robbins, Alyssa (Christian) Harrison of Franklin, and Jeremiah (Kate) Brown of Richmond, VA; and three great grandchildren, Rylan, Harper and Darcie.

He is preceded in death by siblings, Ruby Land, Mitt Sandlin, Charlie Sandlin, Carrie Mcafee, Lorene Allen, Pauline Hendrix, Stella Mae Sandlin, Bruce Sandlin, Ted Sandlin, Glynn Sandlin, Gayle Sandlin, and Peggy Williams.

Visitation will be held at Highland Park Baptist Church on Thursday, March 11, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 a.m.

Interment will be at Eagle Factory Cemetery.

The family would like to request that all attendees practice social distancing guidelines and wear a mask if at all possible.
