Gwyn Linzy Glover, 88, of Moulton passed away Monday, February 22, 2021 at his residence. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM till 1:00 PM on Thursday, February 25, 2021 at Lawrence Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Thursday, February 25, 2021 at Lawrence Funeral Home with Rev. Redmon Talley and Rev. Larry Dyar officiating. Burial will be in Corinth Missionary Baptist Cemetery.

Born March 6, 1932 to Willie George and Virginia Lois Richardson Glover, he graduated from Lawrence County High School. Mr. Glover served in the Korean Conflict with the army for two years. He served as a Sunday School Teacher and was a Deacon at Corinth Missionary Baptist Church. Mr. Glover retired from Chrysler Corp and Ford Motor Company and was a member of International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and the Masonic Lodge in Moulton. He loved fishing, hunting and ancestral archiving. He was a loving father and a good neighbor to all.

Survivors include his wife of sixty seven years; Bobbie Jean Jones Glover, three children; Joan Aldridge (John), Jan Gibson (Randy) and Joe Glover (Tammi~deceased), four grandchildren; Dustin Whitlock, Heather Forsythe (Dustin), Joshua Aldridge and Jordan Aldridge, two great grandchildren; Slayden Stokes and Zaylee Joe Forsythe and two sisters; Ruby Wilene Stewart and Betty Berteen Jones

He was preceded in death by his son; Ricky Gwyn Glover, his parents Willie George and Virginia Lois Glover, and two brothers; Dwayne Glover and Gary Glover.

Pallbearers will be Jeff Glover, Ronnie Stewart, Fred Alton Richardson, Mickey Jones, Danny Morris and Jordan Aldridge.

The family extends special thanks to Southern Care New Beacon Hospice, Nurses and Doctors at Moulton Rehab and the Doctors and nurses at Lawrence Medical Center.
