David Howard Kennamer, age 81, of Guntersville passed away on Thursday, January 21 at Marshall Medical Center North. Until recently Mr. Kennamer was very active.
He was a local business owner, loved golfing and old western memorabilia, and was an active member of Guntersville Church of Christ. He was a loving husband, dad, father-in-law, grandfather and great grandfather. He will be missed by all who knew him.
Mr. Kennamer is survived by his wife, Jan Solley Kennamer; daughter, Connie (Glenn) Zinder; son, Brad (Lamanda) Kennamer: 2 grandsons, Tyler (Kelley) Zinder and Chris Zinder; one granddaughter, Elizabeth (Casey) Fowler; 2 great grandchildren Brooke and Bennett Zinder; one brother, Joel (Mala) Kennamer and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Roy C. and Nellie Kennamer; Five brothers and one sister. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday January 23rd at the Guntersville Church of Christ.
