He was born June 4, 1969 in Hinton, WV to Clarence Robert & Marjorie Ruth Perry Lucas, Sr. He enjoyed playing video games and was a very loving and caring young man. he attended Walnut Grove Presbyterian Church faithfully. He is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his sister and caregiver, Carolina (Russell) Barnard, White House, TN, sister, Victoria Eden, FL; brother, Donald Wayne (Sarah) Lucas, Rossville, GA; 8 nieces and nephews.
