Funeral service for Barbara Ann Stamps age 80 of Hartselle will be Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at 1:00pm at East Highland Baptist Church with Brother Walter Blackmon officiating with burial in the Hartselle City Cemetery with Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be from 12 noon until service time at the Church.
Ms. Stamps, who was born August 8, 1940 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi to Roscoe Lee Stamps and Eddie Maude Allen Stamps, died on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at the Terrace in Priceville. She grew up in Choctaw County and moved to Hartselle in 2004. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Johnny Stamps and Shelby Stamps; a sister, Louise Rouse; a sister-in-law, Anne Stamps and a niece, Rebecca Rouse Steele.
She is survived by 2 Nieces, Amanda Stamps and Amy Foreman; 3 Nephews, Scott Stamps, Jason Stamps (Terra) and Harry Rouse (Sally); 4 Great Nieces, Bonnie, Cathy, Deonna and Alison; 6 Great Nephews, Allen, Caleb, Michael, Chris, Richard and Andrew.
In lieu of flowers, please make Memorial contributions to the East Highland Baptist Church “Building Fund” or the “Mission Fund”.
