Funeral service for Hershel Van Dunn, Jr., 61, will be Sunday, January 17, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Michael Gunter officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Mt Tabor Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, January 16, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mr. Dunn died on Thursday, January 14, 2021 at Lawrence County Medical Center. He was born March 28, 1959, in Lawrence County to Hershel Van Dunn, Sr. and Betty Jean Vinson Dunn, who preceded him in death. He was employed by Lektron, as a production worker, prior to his passing. He was an Atlanta Braves fan.
