Helen Marie Wilson Phillips, age 89 of Bagley, passed away on January 12, 2021 at her home.
She was preceded in death by her husband of sixty-one years, Clyde Phillips; parents, Tressie and Johnnie Wilson; sister, Joyce Chafin; and brother, Harlan Wilson.
She is survived by her daughters, Dianne Sox, Joan Head (Ronnie), and Lori Wilson (Joe); seven grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren.
She retired from Jefferson County Board of Education, having worked in the lunchroom at Bagley School for many years. She was a long-time member of Bethel Baptist Church. She was known for her kind, gentle spirit, and her love for children.
A private memorial service will be held at New Horizon Memorial Funeral Home with interment at McCormack Cemetery. Rev. J.J. Creel will officiate.
