Thomas “Tommy” Wayne Mefford, 78, of Huntsville, passed away Wednesday, January 13.
He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War, and he retired from the U.S. postal service.
Tommy is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Treva Mefford; children, Jeff Mefford and Stacie Martin (Chris); and his four grandchildren, Logan, Emily, Emma Kate, and Carson.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 16 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Sunday, January 17 at 2 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home with Reverend James Phelps officiating. Burial will take place at Hampton Cove Cemetery.
