Auta V. “Jack” Jackson age 93 of Guin, AL passed away Monday, January 11, 2021 in the Sunset Manor Nursing Home in Guin, AL.
Born August 11, 1927 in Hamilton, AL he is the Son of the late Ranzy and Dora Mitchell Jackson and the Husband of the late Sara Libby Jackson. He had lived in Guin most of his life. He had worked for 3M Company, was a retired mail carrier and a member of the Guin First Baptist Church. He was a Veteran having served in the US Army.
He is survived by 3 Sisters, Elgie Wood of Prattville, AL, Eloise McCarley (Rudy) of Courtland, AL, and Sue Lee (Vernon) of Scottsboro, AL, A Brother, Estes Jackson (Ercelle) of Hamilton, AL 2 Grandsons, Dennis Jackson, and James DiSapio and 2 Great Grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his Wife, Sarah Libby Jackson and a Son, Alan Jackson.
Graveside Services held Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at 11:00 AM from the Sullins Cemetery in Hamilton, AL. Bro. Kenny Hatcher officiating.
