Funeral services for Mr. Johnny Kirk, age 82, are scheduled for 10 am, Wednesday, January 13, 2021 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Henderson County Memory Gardens. Mr. Kirk passed away on Sunday at his home in Cedar Grove. Mr. Kirk was born September 7, 1938 in Cedar Grove to the late Bee and Cynthia Hamilton Kirk. He was a U. S. Army Veteran, a retired Maintenance worker for All-Steel, a master bee keeper,and raised meat goats. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mrs. Linda Kirk and one sister, Bernice Booth. Survivors include his son, Jeremy Kirk; two daughters, Jessica Lee (Brian) and Julie Kirk; special nephew, Richard Hatcher; brother, Billy Kirk; three sisters, Jean Mallard, Iris Dale Crider, and Betty Kee; and five grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 3-9 PM and on Wednesday 8 AM until time of service.
