Michael Keith “Tiny” Moore, age 62, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Monday, January 11, 2021, at his residence. He was a native of Lawrence County, TN, a 1976 graduate of Wayne County High School, and a member of Flatwoods Church of Christ. Mr. Moore was owner of Mo’s Pawn, Mike’s Antiques and Moore, retired from the Lawrenceburg Power System and the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department Reserves. He enjoyed coaching youth baseball and serving as a Cub Scout Leader.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Carol Quetah Bannister Moore; and one sister, Shelia Moore.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Wanda Moore of Lawrenceburg, TN; one son, Isaac Moore (Melanie) of Lawrenceburg, TN; one daughter, Cara Giles (Brandon) of Lawrenceburg, TN; three grandchildren, Aidan, Addie, and Anna; his father, Edgar Moore of Lawrenceburg, TN; special mother, Faye Morrow of Lawrenceburg, TN; one brother, Douglas Willard Moore of Pulaski, TN; and special brother, Roger Kent of Lawrenceburg, TN.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM Thursday, January 14, 2021, at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 3:00 PM Thursday, January 14, 2021, with Dave Canterbury officiating. Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN.
