Funeral service for Frank B. Shikle, 89, of Cullman will be at 2 p.m., Monday, January 11, 2021 at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Center Grove Baptist Cemetery with military honors. Rev. Scott Sessions will be officiating. Visitation will be on Monday from 12-2 p.m.
Cullman Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Shikle passed away Thursday, January 7, 2021 at his residence. He was born April 14, 1931 to Charles G & Mollie McKinney Shikle. He honorably served his country in the Air Force and enjoyed working on aircraft along with studying history and reading the Bible.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son-in-law, Joe Spradlin; daughter-in-law, Sandy Shikle; sister, Margaret Abbott; brothers, Bobby Shikle, Junior Shikle.
Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Mary Shikle; sons, Delane Shikle, Dale Shikle, Darren Shikle; daughter, Lisa Spradlin; grandchildren, Chad Spradlin, Cody Shikle, Jason (Tisa) Spradlin, Selina (Colton) Stricklin; great-grandchildren, McKenzlie Spradlin, Logan Spradlin, Gage Spradlin, Ella Spradlin, Levi Shikle, Keegan Stricklin, Mason Stricklin; host of family and friends.
