Leo Richard Wiggins 87, of Hartselle passed away Sunday, December 27, 2020 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. He was born in North Carolina on March 20, 1933 to Jasper and Eva Wiggins. He is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Iris Wiggins; two sons, Scott Wiggins, michael Wiggins; one daughter, Catherine Smith; sister, Betty Honeycutt; and four grandchildren. Graveside service will be Thursday, December 31, 2020 at Hartselle Memory Gardens. Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family.
