Lorene B. Williams, age 85, of Boaz, passed away Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at the home of her daughter in Pinson, Al.
Her funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, December 19, 2020 at New Hope Primitive Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery. Elder Mitchell Phillips and Elder Philip Dukes will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Brian Scott, Dakota Scott, Canyon Scott, Alan Rhoades, Brian Butler and Wade Adams.
Visitation will be from 10 until 11 before the service at the church.
Mrs. Williams is survived by her children, Janice Rhoades (Doug) and Roger Williams, son-in-law, Dale Johnson, grandchildren, Laura Holmes (Micah), Alan Rhoades (Laura), Grace Butler (Brian), Daniel Johnson and Jennifer Centers (Scott), Andrea, Corey, Natalie and Ryan Williams, ten great-grandchildren, Savannah Butler, Danielle Butler, Will Butler, Noah Butler, Faith Butler, Makayla Butler, Henry Robertson, Jack Centers, Katherine Rhoades and Oliver Rhoades and sister, Betty Scott.
She is predeceased by her husband of 63 years, Edsel Williams, daughter, Karen Johnson, parents, Amon and Grace Brothers, sister, Hazel Smith, and brothers, J. O. Brothers and Milford Brothers.
