Glenn Lee Perry, 86 of Addison, entered into rest on Thursday, November 26, 2020 at his home surrounded by his loving family.

Glenn was born on April 29, 1934 in Cullman to John and Ruby Perry. He proudly served in the United States Army for two years. Glenn was a member of the Addison Town Council for 14 years, a charter member of the Addison Rescue Squad, and a member of the Addison Volunteer Fire Department. He will always be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and an overall good man. Throughout his sickness he fought the good fight and kept the faith.

A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, November 30, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Fairview Cemetery, Addison. Brother Tim Box will officiate.

Glenn is survived by his wife of 59 years, Betty Perry; sons, Brian Perry and his wife Jill, and Brandon Perry and Chastity; daughters, Diane Hadley and her husband Brad and Glenda Carpenter and her husband Michael; grandchildren, Nathan Hadley, Seth (Katty) Hadley, Lexi (Taylor) Cheatham, Kinsie (Woody) Lassauw, Brett Perry, and Aaron Perry; great granddaugher, Jude Hadley; and a host of family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father, John and Ruby Perry; mother and father in law, Tom and Ezella Darnell; son in law, Doyce Hill; six brothers; and two sisters.
